Nasirun, an artist born in Cilacap Central Java, October 1, 1965, is indeed a strong and strong artist in terms of productivity and creativity.

Beginning to draw as a child. In 1983, Nasirun studied batik and carved on the SSRI (Indonesian Art School). Then in 1987 he majored in pure arts at ASRI (Indonesian Academy of Fine Arts) in Jogja.

But studying at ASRI only handles assignments from lecturers. Only in 1991 did the attainment of senior art awareness occur. Nasirun is a complete painter. The technique is high, his imagination is extraordinary. He is intelligent and understands the concept, but he does not leave the aesthetic aspect and even represents the strongest side of Nasirun.

His work is expressive and imaginative. Besides being known as a painter, Nasirun also became an art collector. He likes to collect the works of other artists and translate them well in the Yogyakarta Residence in Yogyakarta.
